Millie Carter has previously been a training associate for Celtic Dragons. In 2023 Millie was elevated to the squad of 12, becoming a training partner.

Millie is a part of the Welsh Feathers squad, and before then had been a part of the Wales Netball pathway. She competed in the U21 Netball Europe Open in 2021 where the squad won bronze medals.
